I have had occasion to see some of the works executed by Messrs S. Mahmood and Sons, Meerut. They have a reputation as very good photo artists and oil painters and I have great pleasure in testifying to the high standard which their work always invariably maintains. I wish them all success.

S. Mahmood took my photograph for Passport. They were excellent and I am ordering some large ones. He appears to me to be quite a first class photographer.
